Program Description

A&A Property Development LLC ("A&A," "we," "us") uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with property owners and customers who have opted in — for example, to answer questions about a property you submitted, coordinate scheduling, and share cash-offer details.

Opt-In

By affirmatively checking the optional SMS-consent checkbox on our website, you agree to receive recurring marketing and customer-care text messages from A&A Property Development LLC about your property inquiry. This includes possible property-purchase offers, offer follow-up, answers to your questions, appointment scheduling, and reminders.
